A “Trimble ID” is a username and password combination i.e. credentials used to access Trimble services.  Your “Trimble ID” is both your username and email address.

It’s possible that your email has been redirected to a spam folder. Please check your spam folder, and ensure that the email address: sketchupmail@sketchup.com and tpaas_helpdesk@trimble.com are safe-listed in your email spam settings.Please add noreply_identity@trimblepaas.com as a contact on your email client and safelist IP “104.130.122.50” in your server if you face issues receiving Trimble emails.If you’re unsure how to safelist an email address in your spam filter settings, you may consider adding *@sketchup.com to your address book or contacts list.

Please open the Account Management Portal (AMP) and type in the email address that was used when you purchased your SketchUp Pro Subscription.Click next if you have not activated your account and a message will appear with the option to resend the activation link.

For Windows users: When you install SketchUp for the first time make sure to right click on the installation file and choose “Run as administrator”.When you are about to launch SketchUp for the first time, after the installation is complete, do the same.

A named user means that the Trimble ID account corresponds to a real person.

If you have a current SketchUp subscription, you have access to the latest version here. You will need to sign in using your Trimble ID.

Unfortunately, there is not yet a single portal for you to view all of our license options at this time. Yes, you can authorize SketchUp Pro for Desktop on up to 2 machines.

Please open the Account Management Portal (AMP) and go to the “My Products” section. Under that section, please click on the “View Included Applications”.Under SketchUp Pro, you will find “Manage Devices” where you will get the option to reset all of your authorized devices for SketchUp Pro.
