What is the SketchUp Hardware and Software Requirements?
Like many computer programs, SketchUp requires certain hardware and software specifications in order to install and run. These are basic requirements, though, so you may want to use our recommended suggestions to improve performance. Read more of SketchUps "System requirements", here.
How can I access the upgrade from SketchUp Pro to SketchUp Studio 2023?
Contact your reseller for a localized upgrade experience. Not sure who? Simply log into your Trimble Account, here an go to Plan settings > Edit plan settings to find your account administrator’s name and email.
What is the subscription term?
Our subscriptions are annual. When your subscription begins you're entitled to use all the features contained within your chosen SketchUp Subscription for one full year. If we decide to change our subscription terms, we'll make sure to let you know.
Do i need a Trimble Identity?
Your Trimble Identity will be used to sign in to any of the subscription applications as well as to use the 3D Warehouse, Extension Warehouse and to track your subscription plans.
